Core services

Support for Childcare Service Providers
Ongoing mentoring for approved providers and new operators: day-to-day operational advice, policies, procedures and compliance, and help dealing with regulator and departmental requirements.

Provider Approval
Support through the whole provider approval application. The regulator is looking for proof that you can run a regulated childcare service, so we help you show how your leadership and management experience applies, and prepare you for the regulator's online test or interview. We cannot guarantee a result. Details such as company name, ABN, structure and provider information must be accurate and consistent across every application, so we check them with you early.

Service Approval
Support with the service approval application, policies and procedures, premises and readiness review for the pre-approval visit, and communication with the regulator.
Childcare Needs Assessment
Check local demand, capacity and the right pathway before you commit to a site. Full details →
